Early Bird Special: $275 per golfer or $1,000 per foursome if your money is received by April 8th.
$300 per golfer or $1,100 per foursome after April 8th. Includes green fees, cart, practice balls, box lunch, goodie bag, tee prizes & banquet dinner. $40 Dinner Only. If you are a golfer and want to bring a guest to dinner only, the cost is $30. Bring 10 guests for $250 ($25 per person).

Tee Prize Sponsor $5,000
The company name will appear on the main item (shirt) comprising the “tee prize package”. The company will also receive recognition as the Tee Prize Sponsor.
Awards Sponsor $1,000
The company will be recognized as the awards sponsor and will pay for trophies and awards for the tournament.
Cart Sponsor $1,500
The company will be recognized as cart sponsor with a sign in the cart staging area prior to the tournament.
